This is a letter of engagement between Client Name, hereinafter referred to as "You," and catfood llc dba Critical Results, hereinafter referred to as "I." Under the scope of this engagement, I will [something like this:] assist in your software development projects.

BUSINESS ISSUES

• I work on a time and materials basis, at a rate of $84/hr, billed weekly, due net 10. As a special case, work done on such and so thing that we discussed shall be billed at the rate of $____/hr.

  • Working facilities when on-site work is required.
  • Access to team members as needed.
  • Access to virtual private network or remote control as needed.
• My services are provided, per project, by mutual agreement.
  • I will communicate with you, on your schedule, reporting on project progress, estimated time to completion, and outstanding issues.
  • My work with your development team includes communication, coaching, technical assistance, "Scrum" management, testing, or other forms of assistance.
• I will protect your intellectual property. You agree to protect my intellectual property.

LIABILITY

Because of circumstances outside of my control, I cannot guarantee any particular result or outcome from my services. You understand that these services are undertaken at your own risk and with no liability to me.
